Christian women have been called upon to upgrade and maintain their roles in the home, church and the nation.
The Apostolic Church Cameroon (TACC) organised Nationwide Regional Conferences in various different assemblies. Activities marking the South West regional conference took place from Wednesday 25 to Saturday 28 August 2010.

The national elective convention of the frontline opposition part, the Social Democratic Front, SDF, initially slated for October 2010 has been postponed. The decision to postpone the highly awaited and critical convention was arrived at during the National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting of the party that held in Ntarinkon, Bamenda on Saturday 4 September 2010.
